Book Your Performance at Nellys Retro Vintage

We're always looking to welcome talented artists, bands and performers to the Nellys Retro Vintage stage. As an independent live music venue in Stratford-upon-Avon, we're passionate about supporting original and grassroots music, providing an intimate setting where performers and audiences can connect.

Performance Requirements

To help us prepare for your performance, please provide a technical rider outlining your equipment and stage requirements. Our venue is equipped with a professional PA system, digital mixer, stage monitors, amplifiers, microphones and a full drum kit, making it suitable for a wide range of solo artists, duos and full bands.

Stage and Venue Details

Our raised stage offers excellent visibility and comfortably accommodates full band performances. With a capacity of approximately 120–130 guests, Nellys Retro Vintage creates a welcoming atmosphere where every performance feels close, engaging and memorable. A private green room is also available for artists before and after their set.

Logistics and Setup

Equipment can be easily loaded through our large front double doors, with convenient parking available nearby. Soundcheck times are arranged in advance, and we ask all performers to arrive at least one hour before their scheduled performance to allow plenty of time for setup.
